Sales List. - 2 Viewing Sometimes, Clearbrook Acres will offer a horses for sale or lease. Before purchasing or leasing out any of Clearbrook's horses, you must look up the sales contract, as they hold certain rules that must be followed. If not, the horse will be reclaimed and returned to Clearbrook Acres. Sub-board: Sold List. |

The Racehorses. - 2 Viewing The racehorses are where Clearbrook makes it's official name. They are the very reason why the farm owner got into horses in the first place. All of the horses in this barn are active racing stock, and all the yearlings & weanlings that will race will be stabled in this barn as well. Breeding Stock. - 1 Viewing When one of Clearbrook Acres' racehorses has passed the peak in their career, Logan will retire them and move them to the Breeding Barn, a whole new aspect in Clearbrook's business. Please read the breeding contract for rules to follow when using a brood or stallion service. Sub-boards: Standing Stallions., Broodmares. |

The Pastures. When creating Clearbrook, the owners wanted to ensure that they would have a place that was heaven for their beloved horses. Pasture are seen stretching out over lush grass, providing for a home that truly allows the horses to be, well, horses. |

The Trails. When the horses have some time off of the track, the Trails are a great place to get away from the stress. The footing is even, and small spans of ground allow for a cross country run, of sorts. It's incredibly relaxing for the horses to come out here. |

Training Tracks. From a bird's eye view above Clearbrook Acres, there are two large oval tracks, one surrounding the other. Fenced in by white PVC railing, the turf track surrounds the dirt track. Both are equipped with a tractor/mower to keep the tracks neat and clean. There is a loading gates with six slots that is availabe for use as well. Sub-boards: Dirt Track., Turf Track. |

Round Pen. The round pen is pretty much a round pen, obviously. It's a large pasture made in a circle. Horses are often worked out here on the lunge line, or perhaps some of the younger horses are put in here as a part of the weaning process. |

Therapuetic Pool. The Therapuetic Pool is a brand new device that Clearbrook installed. It is seperate from the track, under a small but incredibly clean building. The pool is about ten feet deep, and serves a sole purpose to work on a horses muscular system without stressing his legs and back in the way that a firm track would. |
